I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email and open the link we send. Check your spam folder too.
How do I change my email or password?
Settings → Privacy & Account → Change Email or Change Password. A new email changes only after you open the link we send to it.
How do I report something?
Tap ⋮ on a post or profile, or long-press a comment or message, then Report. We review every report within 24 hours. The person is never told who reported them.
How do I block someone?
Tap ⋮ on their profile or post, then Block. They can no longer find you, see your posts, message you or comment, and they are not told. Unblock any time in Settings → Privacy & Account → Blocked Athletes.
Can I download my data?
Yes: Settings → Legal & Data → Export my data.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account. See becomeclub.app/delete-account for what happens.
